You may ask yourself, "how did my life turn into such a sad state of affairs?" The simple answer is well that's life. However, even though sickness and circumstances beyond our control play a major part in every ones life there is still a higher purpose to consider.


Unfortunately all of mankind has been born with a serious handicap called the sin nature. But on the plus side of this dilemma is that fact that we have all been given a free will. That is where hope comes in. You are able to choose the course of your life.

Have you ever wondered why the oak tree does not cast off all its leaves in the fall? The oak seems to stand in defiance of nature's demands. When winter advances all that remains are barren limbs and a cluster of brown leaves. What remains and lingers is merely and external appearance of death.

These once robust leaves have withstood the gales of winter only later to be followed by the relentless winds of March.

Despite this ordeal springtime still welcomes the remaining clusters. In spite of their appearance of death they remain intact. How can that be? One might ask is this a disguise or perhaps a pretense of death? How can the clusters continue to stand against the violent shakings of nature? cont >



Within the analogy of the might oak tree lies a prophetic message for the remnant body of Christ. The brown cluster of leaves that were thought to be dead represents God's end time remnant. Till now God's people have been tucked away but very soon we will witness a great shaking in the churches. A separation of the sheep and the goats will take place. Only sheep will be left. And they will be like the mighty oak tree clusters which cannot be shaken then suddenly God's glory will burst forth like the oak tree's new buds in springtime.


A time of great shaken is coming and all that will remain is that which cannot be shaken. And the household of God will be judged first. How will you stand in this judgment? Are you ready for this?
